General Policy

At VIRAH, we do not offer refunds on any products sold. All sales are final. However, we do provide the option for an exchange if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate an Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact our customer support team at helpdesk@virah.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue.

  2. Processing: Once your exchange request is received and approved, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you. The exchange process, from approval to dispatch of the new item, typically takes 7 - 10 business days.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

    • Products are eligible for return or replacement if they are:

      • Damaged during delivery

      • Defective or not functioning properly

      • Different from the item ordered

      • Missing parts or accessories

    • To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These include:

      • Perishable or consumable goods 

      • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products

      • Customized or personalized items

      • Digital goods, software, or gift cards

  3. Refund/Replacement Conditions

    • Returns and replacements are subject to inspection and approval after the item is received.

    • If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, the request may be rejected or a partial refund may be issued.

    • The company reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with this policy.
