Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Estimates (Domestic): Standard delivery generally takes 5–7 business days across major metro cities, and 7–10 business days for remote or regional Pincodes after dispatch.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and total order weight. The final cost will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.

Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only).

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select Pincodes and for order values up to ₹5,000. We reserve the right to decline COD for certain high-value or restricted areas.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and includes the correct Pincode and a working mobile number to avoid delivery delays or Return to Origin (RTO).

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be marked for RTO, and a re-shipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect it is lost in transit, please contact us at helpdesk@virah.co.in within 48 hours. We will investigate the claim and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the shipment is picked up by the courier partner, it will be treated as a return, and our standard Return Policy will apply.
